Obtaining an Article
You found the citation for an article. How are you going to get the article itself?
EASY AND FAST STEPS
1) Look under Journals on this page and click Find a Journal. Search for the name of the journal.
2) Search the Web for the name of the journal. It’s possible, if only occasionally, to find some free, public access to print an article.
EASY BUT SLOWER OPTIONS
1) Use InterLibrary Loan to get it from another library. We’ll figure out which one!
2) Search WorldCat for the name of the journal at a nearby library that you can get by visiting.
WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS
Message a Librarian, email a librarian, call a librarian (215-572-2138), or meet a librarian @ Landman Library.
Obtaining an Article
How to find the full article if you only have a citation.
-Look under Journals on this page and click Find a Journal. Search for the name of the journal. This will tell you if Arcadia has the journal.
-If not: Search the Web for the title of the article. It’s possible to find free, public access some articles.
-If full-text is not available: Fill out an InterLibrary Loan Form to have it sent to you.
